Classes include, but not limited to, relaxation practice, simple pregnancy exercises to encourage optimal fetal positioning as it makes for an easier labor & birth, prenatal and postpartum nutrition (eating foods that help grow a healthy baby and level out postpartum hormones), breastfeeding, informed consent and positive communications for a satisfying birth experience.
